The apartment complex might have a rule that only so many people can live the apartment regardless if the kids are all hers. My nephew lived in an apartment complex like that. They had 4 kids already then she got pregnant. They were allowed to live there while she was pregnant but after she had the baby they had to move. I think they gave them a couple of months to find another place though. It was in the lease that only 6 people could live there and that was a 3 bedroom apartment. Some apartment complexs worry that that many kids will trash the apartments.
