It’s called fraud. I investigated Worker’s Compensation Fraud for years. Regardless of what the sympathizers say, these people are double dipping and taking advantage of the system. The investigators don’t watch for a single day. They go back day after day after day to prove that the subject is not disabled. So to you who say oh, he felt good that day, doesn’t pass the litmus test. They’re fraudsters and deserve the penalty that they receive
Had a buddy who did this for insurance companies. Crazy , but about 75 percent are bogus claims. THAT IS WHY INSURANCE COSTS SO MUCH.

I worked for a company that had a employee who back was injured ...the insurance company had video of him holding his granddaughter , they also had video of him mowing his yard with a push mower they had video of him weeding a garden , video of him lifting bag of dog food from the store and loading groceries into a cart and then the car then into the house. they had video of him washing his car. the judge watched the videos and judged for the side of the injured man... judge said just cause some one is injured does not mean that daily chores don't need done and that all of the activities this man did was doing was intermittent and not constant ... he sided with the injured man and not the insurance company saying in the video it was true the man was not doing steady work he did stop and stand and some he even sat down and in one he even laid down on his picnic table and because the man took all thise breaks is why he sided with the man
What about the other 30 million disabled fakers that taxpayers money supports
I'm on disability, but every once in awhile I have a good day where the pain level is low and I have a tendency to do things I shouldn't and will definitely pay for in the days following. The mind still wants to do the things I did before. It's frustrating trying to feel like you still serve a purpose in life. I know there is a lot of fraud, but I hope guys like this observe for more than just one day.

I'm disabled, and I can still do stuff. unfortunately I have to take massive amounts of prescription drugs to be able to function. nobody would hire me because of that. I made a lot more money when I was working than now, and wish I could do it again! anytime I exert myself strenuously, I end up paying for it for days.... so full-time work is just not in my cards again.
We were having a roof repair/ BBQ and I’ve been out of commission for about 3 yrs at that point. But like most … you have a good day every once in a while, that day was one. Now this private guest, the gator had been watching my house for approximately three days. We knew what he was there. He knew we knew he was there so the day of the roof repair we had about 20-25 people over. and I was putting in charge of the barbecue because I could not go up on the roof obviously, apparently this man thought it was against the rules for me to even flip a burger well won’t behold my lawyer was there and I sent the lawyer over to the man’s car with a plate of food. He left after that. Couple of days later I received my full compensation check. I don’t know what my lawyer said, but apparently enough was enough.
Wish we had someone to go after the government officials that do fraudulent dealings this HARD!!!!!!!!!!!

The thing most people don't understand is that even being disabled you do NOT get enough to survive on. You literally scrape by for just the bare minimum to live. Even though prices are going up financially we on fixed income have to pick and choose what we pay for or if we eat instead of getting medications that we need!!! So all you high and mightiest i hope you never have anything happen to you to put you on disability!!!
But sometimes people have to work even with an injury or they end up living in a homeless shelter
Well, you know when you have fraudulent claims out there, people are playing the system and taking away from the ones who actually need it who actually cannot do the things they used to do when they have a back injury and they can barely move. They need help not people like this who are in a man left and doing their job! That’s called compensation fraud!
You know, he's working under-the-table if he got paid by some company that would leave a paper trail.
We need more people like this catching these scammers trying to make a quick buck!

A long time friend who went on disability from his job for a TERMINAL ILLNESS was spied on like that. He lived alone, was a night owl and began to live in a "third shift" mode. Neighbors left notes on his door "We think someone might be stalking you...is everything ok?" He then knew the private dicks adjusted schedule and he outsmarted them. By then he had scoped out all the 24hr diners, grocery stores and gas stations around. He hit up Goodwill and bought a load of women's clothes and put on a wig .... even started getting junk mail in the fictional name "Marsha" and for a year only went outside as a female. The disability was approved and he kept his house. He died in 2021. Some of you know the names Dennis Ritchie and Ken Thompson...he worked under them.

If this is for evidence to a injury claim, your actions not only violate hippa laws for his privacy during medical treatment and the confidentiality that follows, but is criminal stalking, an illegal and unlawful investigation... and if your represent the company he works for trying this shit, he can sue for all the above, and also sue for retaliatory actions that breached his human rights
