I know how to drive a 3 on the collar and a 4on the floor. I was not going tobe left at home(lol). you would teach me or I would learn on my own. 🥰
trust me! I can drive anything better than my hubby. grew up driving a tractor and pulling a trailer. stick shift... no problem.

My wife won’t even drive my 90s Ranger manual transmission. That’s why I bought it.
It starts early.
I was taught on a stick shift. I was also taught that you never turn the wheel unless the vehicle is moving, even if it's very slowly. You ruin the tires!

It’s the turning of the tires while stationary that’s the problem. I see people do this everyday. It’s so hard on your tires.
I've driven manual 3 on the floor Chevy Chevette, 4 on the floor KIA Spectra Ex, and 5 on the floor KIA RIO, and 4 on the floor Subaru Impreza. And, I so miss the manual transmission's. 🥰 😢 😭
I drove stick for years, took my drivers test with one and my favorite auto was a Toyota manual truck. I love driving stick and miss the fun.

For those who don't understand. Turning while at a stand still causes undue wear and tear on your steering rack and power steering pump, especially on vehicle nearly 30 years old. Hitting the max turning point also wears on the rack's purging system too. Modern systems mitigate this but it still wears on your tires and puts black marks in your driveway that don't go away for years in temperate climates.

Tremendous strain on the entire steering system plus sanding the tires down. Always crawlspace or move while turning the steering wheel. Tie rod ends, center link wears down 🙏🙏

yep I never ride in anything if my girlfriend is driving it , the first and last time I rode with her when we got home I got out and kissed the ground and then I kissed her and I have never been in a car that she was driving ever since
One sorry person who does and thinks this way.
