It would be a cold day in hell before I would pay $1700 for Tail light but I just did your favor. I just looked up the 23 model F 3500. I’m guessing that’s what you have the most expensive I found was $250 so maybe you need to Google it again somebody’s riding you high manthat’s crazy never heard of such.
If you bring proof of purchase of the tail light to court with you and show that you have purchased it prior to or even the same day as getting pulled over, they will throw the ticket out and you will not have to pay. You can avoid the ticket. people cannot be expected to not drive their vehicles for a couple of days while they wait on a tail light because people have to work and take their children to school and things like that. I would definitely fight that because you will win. By the way, you guys are awesome I love all of your stuff. You make my day a lot! Much love to your family!
My wife had a Buick Enclave and the head light went out 150 plus for the bulb. Had to take the tire off and the plastic cover under the fender. Now she has a 2020 Volvo so wish me luck
