Well I have worked my whole life and now I’m disabled and had to go on food stamps and then on top of that they want give me disability but I paid in taxes for over 20 years so tell me why it’s not ok for me to be on food stamps tell me that
I'm tired of going to the office and seeing people driving around in high dollar cars and getting food stamps or hearing younger girls wanting to have children or worse just getting morbably obise as to not work to get them. Just because they are privileged or so they think!!! very sad for the people that really are disabled or those who really deserve it.

That's about 12% of the US population. 38 million of those are working, but earn under the poverty line. Seniors and children make up over 50% of those on food stamps. I am not on food stamps. I live on Social Security, but I do not qualify for food stamps. That's should tell you how strict the rules are to get food stamps. He is a bully and picks on the weakest and most vulnerable. Getting rid of food stamps will not help the economy. Getting rid of him might. Please try to love one another and do not let anyone drag you into hating the most vulnerable of our population.
The system is broken. Abuse, fraud, and income requirements that prevent some from wanting to earn more because of the loss of benefits. IDK the answer, but it's insane to keep doing the same thing, expecting different results.
Some people deserve them, and some people are taking advantage of the system, and this is what causes all this trouble. There’s so many scams or food stamps. I think the government needs to investigate the person further to find out if they deserve them or not.

As well as your income. There are a lot of people that work minimum wage jobs that are eligible because they don't make enough money. There are a lot of retired seniors with just social security as income that are eligible. Also, the same goes for our Veterans that served our Country. Trump would rather they all would starve even though he sits down every day and has surf and turf....Shame, Shame ..

The price of food and everything else went up, so we now have to pick and choose what bill u will pay, or what food can you buy on a non-existent budget.
