he was probably given a LAWFUL ORDER in an already what appears to be a bad situation so getting in your car where they have no idea what you have was a big nono they can't let you get too your weapon so this is why it's important (especially if you want to claim innocent) to follow orders they'll sort out the truth in most cases if you're respectful regardless of color
