Its boiled potatoes put in a bag just like if you're making mashed potatoes. Do not add milk or any liquid. Add your seasonings and some flour and butter. This is all done in a freezer gallon bag. Lay it flat, roll it out in the bag, but not too flat as this brings it all together. Freeze, then slice when you're ready to fry. So easy to do.
I need ingredients for the coating on the potatoes. u just cook the potatoes as if making mashed potatoes put like salt pepper garlic powder onion powder paprika or whatever other spices that u would put in mashed potatoes then fill ur baggie up freeze them, then take them out n put ur coating on them, but yet again how do u make the coating, what are the ingredients in making the coating bc I would like to try n make them for my family for dinner?
