I bake about 3 pounds at a time, comes out crispy and I freeze it. I take out the number of slices needed, cover with a paper towel and microwave 1 minute. Perfect bacon whenever you want!
If you dredge the bacon in flour, then fry it to your liking, you will end up with a pan that is screaming at you to make cream gravy with all the little toasted bacon bits

If you buy a great brand of bacon like Farmland or Smithfield, you donβt need to add anything. Just cook or bake and eat it. Yum! Yum!
I would try 375 temperature and check it. The bacon looks good. Maybe it shrink less.
