Cops will fine you when cars sit on your property RV's too and they will come up your property and record VIN's (property taxes) and mark to see if they move! Vehicles need to be cared for like puppies covering with tarps, hiding them in the backyard won't do it......
I actually spent two years searching for a property that wasn’t in an HOA and no CNR’s!! When I finally found one, I pounced and bought it quick, fast, and in a hurry!! The best part, more than 2/3’s of it are considered Agricultural, bypassing most of the “Permit” regulations of this county!! Now people are offering insane amounts of money to buy it!! I think I’ll wait a few more years, then move to the beach!!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Get them painted! The HOA just wants them to look good, not like junk cars, so the property values stay high. Some nice, shiny vehicles will change their mind.
I see license plates on at least 2 of those vehicles. People don't usually register "inoperable vehicles." I could NEVER live in a community that has an HOA. I'll be damned if I will pay into an organization that tells me what I can and cannot do with the single biggest investment of my life. The government does enough of that for me involuntarily. So, why would I voluntarily enter into an agreement that restricts me even further? My yard isn't littered with junk cars, but I do have 2 inoperable vehicles that I am working on. Touch them and the choice of how you leave my property will be made for you.
