This is a situation we’re him and the locksmith would have been chewed on by one of my loving furry kids and then sued because I don’t care what an HOA states but they can not just enter a home without reason. I’m not hearing reason but he has to check something’s. Please correct me if I’m wrong but I thought an HOA was there to protect the houses in the community, anything inside the home has nothing to do with them unless it’s an animal that should be listed in / on the rental agreement!
