those could be all his dogs and that one wanted to act up that morning didn't wanna walk he can't pick it up and carry it he got several other ones to walk they look as happy as can be i love animals myself I've rather walk it on its hind legs then to leave it i could clearly see if it stop walking completely and being dragged on the side walk itself then I would be highly upset it probably was just one of them days the dog wanted to act out

one of them dogs were being hurt . someone should have followed him and let the owners know I WOULD HAVE I LIKE ANIMALS MORE THAN MOST PEOPLE 🤬 But God doesn't like Ugly and he works in mysterious ways whoever that was WILL answer to him for doing wrongs but 🙏🏼❤️
