I have a different take. I have been to countries where thats the death penalty, yes, I think burning the American flag is protected under freedom of speech. BUT, just because you can do something doesn't always mean you should. Last time I watched a guy torch one I spent the night in jail and had to pay his dental bill. Was it worth it?
