for you folks who think this is AI it's not this is a natural phenomenon that happens in this region for several months out of the year and this little clip doesn't do it justice there's trails with handrails little Bridges that are all submerged under water for several months out of the year it's amazing.

believe it or not in Arizona the homeowners associations that were developed in the early 90s when John McCain was just coming into his senate seat -they had water tables that were this high and then something happened with the environment and the water level dropped at least half the first year after these subdivision were built and based on water retreat. They had very deep lake beds w/i the second year it barely had enough water inmany of the water communities to move the boat off of the silch maybe a quarter of a football field before they could start the engine. by the third year everything was dry. I don't know where this community is exactly but it's very pictorial
