it's not up to me to say what's wrong or what's right but I can say in the eyes of the law legally just because she hit you with her car that's not give you any right to assault her and that kind of way and it's all being filmed so if you would have just got her tag number they would have caught her anyways and you would have avoided getting in trouble because that's not right for you to get in trouble when she's the one that tried to hit and run but you probably just brought it on yourself by physically assaulting her
