You can get lucky at second-hand stores & get name-brand clothing, purses, & shoes. Maybe she got it as a gift? Or she saved up for it? People also have yard sales. Now I was pissed when I saw a lady on the news in California complaining she couldn't feed her kids & didn't know what she was going to do but had a brand new carton of Newports in her passenger seat. I live in Oklahoma & according to some of my friends & family who smoke a carton of Newports costs approximately $120 & that's if you buy them from one of the Indian Smoke Shops. I know things are a hell of a lot more expensive in California.
