I believe this is Jathilan- which is a traditional Indonesian trance dance that is performed in the spirit of bringing people together through their culture and often ends in the dancers performing feats of walking on hot coals, eating glass and possession… so this clip would be a possession- the man writhing being the dancer/performer who is possessed and the two other men are performing rituals to expel the demon.
