Hi everyone this is Squinchy our 18 yr old man. He lovès everyone! When our daughter was little, he never bothered her at all. He slept under her crib at night because he wanted to watch over her while she slept. To this day he likes to sleep on the back of her chair while she's sitting in it 🥰
It can also be very scary! There had been reports that a cat will try to suck milk from a newborn’s mouth. Not trying to harm the baby but in some cases it’s caused suffocation. I just say be aware.

Old wives tale used to say don’t let the cats near babies sucking on bottles. They drink their bottle and go to sleep and milk seeps out of their mouth and the cat licks the milk and can smother the baby. Not being aggressive. Just likes milk. I don’t know if this is true or not but just wanted to pass this on. But i do think this is a beautiful moment for the moma cat to bring her baby to lay next to this sweet human baby.

I think a mother is hyper sensitive when new baby is in bed with her. I never got to do this with any of mine because my husband didn't want them to get attached to sleeping with me and he was right but there's something so sweet with baby next to you when sleeping.🥰
