I watched the actual news coverage of this and in that video its even more obvious that the brake lights on the sedan keep going on and off. It really does look like someone is in the drivers seat too. This makes no sense at all.

I thought someone was driving backwards. My brother had this crazy gf the forward gears went out in her car so she drove all over town in reverse. About 2 months before the cops stopped her and took it away!
