in Florida we catch shark any place we want. looks like dusk in the video, not supposed to be swimming at dusk or beyond. sharks are everywhere at this time.
there are beaches for swimming mainly the tourist spots of the beach. no fishing is allowed except off piers. surfing is allowed in certain areas. There are lesser known beach spots around Florida which don't have such rules, where fishing swimming surfing is allowed all over. so, if you don't want to be by people fishing find the right beach...... there is plenty trust.
