I'm from Nashville. Local government and big name developers got too greedy. Nashville has always had tourism, but once country music became just pop marketed as country, the city got flooded with outsiders. They screwed the locals in many ways such as pricing us out of our homes.

Nashville and the towns around Nashville have went nuts with greed. The masses do not make 45k a year or more. Your homes are 64 percent more expensive than prior to Covid, and you keep appraising high values on homes 300k higher than when a person purchased that home 3 or 4 years ago. total greed and your going to bankupt everyone
