Why there’s a lot of saber rattling, but nobody truly wants to Phucq with the US. We’re still bout 20 yrs ahead on technology. But, China will surpass Russia’s level of technology sooner than later… bout 10 years and Russia will depend on their partners’s tech. Russia’s tech in Ukraine war has been misleading. They have very little (number wise) of new tech in the field.
