Looks cold. I promised myself when I moved from Alaska that I would never live in snow again. I have been on Kauai almost 40 years!
I'm not a camper or an outdoor Enthusiast but that does look kind of comfortable and inviting and having your best friend there to share it with you, that's great!

nice shelter but needs improvements but it's a good start.
It looks awesome, but it looks like hours of work collecting that much rock to build that shelter. Annnd, those rocks look like mini boulders... they're not light! By the time you've finished hauling all which was required for that master piece, your camping time to enjoy has seriously been minimally decreased. 🤔.. . unless you're camping for at least a week. 😆
