This is almost inhumane and absolutely deplorable! I have no idea what the young man did but whatever it was can't warrant being treated with such indignity.
I have a question that some other people have overlooked. Why would he be driving somewhere without his wheelchair?? This doesn't make sense. if he needs a chair it would be in the car with him
Dear Lord what was the outcome of this situation? This is totally unacceptable on so many levels. If this Officer was in the same position as this young man how would he feel being treated like this? Clearly if you look in the car you can see there are no pedals on the floor board on the driver’s side which means the car has been altered for him to drive it.
how is he using the gas and break if it's not set up for handicap you can see there nothing.

does cops have a one track mind. are they trained to be insensitive and dumb. are they reconditioned to be obtuse, blind to human disabilities, to think that everyone is lying, even when they have obvious disabilities. To law enforcement: everyone is not lying when they say that they have a disability.

Where's the states who have imbeciles like this one who tells a person to get out of the vehicle when his legs doesn't work and he needs a wheelchair to do so. That officer probably got his badge out of a crackers Jacks box. That's insane for the officer wants him to do.

I had a stewardess tell me that I had to leave my wheelchair outside of the plane entrance in the gangway. I just looked at her like she was crazy, but she reported herself. So, I flipped out of my chair and dragged myself to the first seats, glaring at her the whole way. A Steward asked if I was ok. I said I was until the uneducated twit made me get out of my wheelchair. I got a free flight and free drinks on all the flights. I probably could have sued, but that's really not me.

I see the driver's point however maybe he shouldn't have been driving or he should have had his wheelchair readily available then there's the whole pissing himself maybe he should have had one of those catheters in then all that damn yell they were doing solid not help matters at all, I can't say who was wrong or who was wrong I can say this communication is key to a all traffic stops.
