Once again our legal system fails us. Premeditated first degree murder should warrant the death penalty. One year from the date of the crime should be the execution date.(that might be too generous). During this time the convict can find God,blame her parents,upbringing etc. Meanwhile the taxpayers will provide all medical necessities, food,clothing,shelter and the opportunity to get further educated. BUT the honest,hard working, law abiding citizens continue to struggle to make ends meet.UNBELIEVABLE!!
