first of all yes they're speeding they should not be doing that, second of all you threw a cake after a window preventing them to be able to see and maybe even panic and causing them to crash maybe even causing them to get hurt or maybe even causing someone else to get hurt so therefore you would also be held liable for endangerment causing them to hurt themselves or somebody else and if there was a kid in there that would be child endangerment so therefore you would be arrested as well and they would be giving a ticket maybe makes no sense
