These cops already know that they can't harass or arrest someone just for filming in public, they simply get butt hurt and resort to illegal intimidation and illegal detainment when someone questions their authority, they pretend and fantasize that once they pin that badge on and are issued a firearm, they are now made a god and the constitution doesn't apply to cops because their authority is unquestionably, but they know their illegal attempts at authority are questionable, that's why they lie and falsify what happened on their reports, even when everything is on video, because they know if they don't lie and make shyt up,it destroys their fantasies of being a god, that's why most cops are very very dangerous and cost citizens lives and cities millions of dollars,every single cop should be fired on their very first false arrest, because it's obvious that they clearly don't know the most important part of their jobs, which is not violate the rights of citizens.

The female police officer came to the scene with blood in her eye, and accusation on her mind. She wasnt there to talk. She was there to affect an arrest. Her Superior Officer was blunt and scolding in his admonishment of the entire arrest. As he said: " Thats where we have a problem". ⁰
She could have charged him with harassment. But, she would have to tell them that they will have to complain and they have to call the police.
100% correct and the chief is doing the correct thing. a rookie officer in today's day and age should know that using disorderly conduct just as a probable cause for an arrest is not the way to go it needs to be proven that he is breaking the law you cannot just arrest someone and use the charge disorderly conduct too many offices have gotten away with this for many many years and many people have a record due to this even thoug pre YouTube and social media police officers around the world utilize this wording disorderly conduct and place people under arrest just because of their feelings on that particular day not because it was lawful. thank God it is brought out today that they cannot just use these wordings to ruin someone's life. I am Pro law enforcement although do not tolerate offices who think they are above normal citizens.
