My Sadie, had a friend like this. Her grind was my youngest son’s friend. She loved him so much!
I would go to take my neighbor's dog for her potty breaks and if my other neighbor down the hall was coming home or leaving I would say hi and then let her off the leash and I'd say "get her!" She went full zoomie mode until she got to her to say hi and get petted. Any of her mom's long time company that would come once a month to work with her would get the squirmy puppy love with her jumping up and crawling all over giving kisses. I took care of her in her senior years and she never got that excited to see me even when I went on a vacation for a few days. A few times she wagged her tail but if If I brought a package in she stood there watching me and if something was for her I'd make a big deal and shed wag her tail and sniff. I miss her. 💔
