yea you have to buff and polish that. can't really clean it cause most of it isn't dirt. it's mostly micro scratches and fading from the sun but if you sand it real fine buff and polish it then it will look almost new.

wax it. cheap paste turtle wax. let it dry real good and then buff it off with a rag. you will be surprised how much it clears up

well you can use break cleaning to get sun fade off but don't get it on the paint

You could paint a thin coat of epoxy resin on it to fill in all of the scratches.
