Ah! Brings back such fond memories of my experiments in the kitchen, after Cooking Class. The difference being, my MOM was my monitor, not my teacher or helper 🥰 What a WONDERFUL TIME, filled with so many amazing activities and projects.
Way to much ketchup...and I love ketchup! But I love the idea! But I would butter the bread to give it a nice buttery brown crust, add a lil green pepper & put the ketchup on as needed while eating! yum gonna try it tomorrow morning👍🤔

It's a ham and cheese omelette with ketchup and steamed bread. The bread won't get brown without overcooking the eggs but it's worth a try, especially for someone young.
