A lot of it is genetics I've known people who took excellent care of their teeth and had horrible teeth and then you have people that don't take care of their teeth no where as they should and have petty decent teeth

I brushed my teeth twice a day until I was 15 and my teeth looked clear like what he said I was brushing away my enamel. so now I brush when I feel necessary and still floss all the time and rinse with hydrogen peroxide and I have also never had any issues with my teeth. but my brother and sister both have a lot of teeth problems. so I believe some of this is true.
