I know someone that's a hoarder. Her hair gets matted up terribly. She came to my house to see what I could do with it. It was so matted from not brushing it or washing it that the shampoo and conditioner didnt get rinsed out. It took a long time, but I got through it and gave her a haircut. She lived it, but still didnt do anything with it and it would get all matted up again and again. Her hair smelled so bad and was so nasty to even touch. Never again! Not my problem ! I no longer communicate with her. All she does all day long, 24/7 is lay around doing nothing while thinking everyone should cater to her. Her problem is not my problem ever again. I tried to help her, but she refuses to help herself.

I had a customer who came every 6 weeks. It didn’t matter what I told her she would go 6 weeks. I kept soda in my salon and used some special cleaner. After I cleaned it good I would wash it with shampoo and conditioner. They remind me of hoarders. There is something about that hair style they didn’t want to take it down. It’s very strange.
