old story...hippo was arrested out in public wearing what she was. she wasn't housed in jail, just in holding, ergo, she attends court in her own personal outfit. judge is a clown.
So, why WAS she neglected? Jailers don't seem to understand that, like it or not, younare responsible for the care and well-being on those in your custody. If you cannot refrain from mistreating people once they are in handcuffs or jail, then you have the wrong temperament for the job.

She was sentenced additionally for contempt when the judge found out she tried to game the system. She’s a psycho liar and should not be allowed away from the mental health facilities.
