The ring is not like it was when it first came out… it’s rubbish it cuts out parts of the video or skips out the beginning and jumps to the end etc. what am I paying for??? The neighbors kids destroyed lights on my property I saw them while watching the video at the time it was happening by the time I got to the door they were gone… when to check the video all that was recorded was them playing in the in front of my driveway….this is just one incident got a Wyse and it records everything no monthly service if you don’t want to you can install a chip to go back to the recording… getting rid of this stupid ring as soon as the subscription expires and replace it with Wyse all around my house and the yearly is only $19.00 their are other subscription you can get at a different cost… much cheaper than this stupid ring….

The video is frozen but you can still hear the audio. That has happened with my door cam before. Nothing spooky.
