She obviously has some sort of mental disorder , and she needs help and not jail. There are two officers there in full uniform , and she's still doesn't believe that they are law enforcement and told them so. Mental illnesses is real and people need help.

The library has rules in place for everyone. If she had left when they asked her to, the police would never have been called. So yes -- she acted with disrespect.

… just so everyone knows their rights ….. libraries aren’t private… this is a PUBLIC library…. You can’t trespass someone from the public. Especially if no crime has been committed. Maybe she did something earlier but from this video you can’t arrest JUST because they won’t leave a public (for everyone and anyone) space
