She obviously has some sort of mental disorder , and she needs help and not jail. There are two officers there in full uniform , and she's still doesn't believe that they are law enforcement and told them so. Mental illnesses is real and people need help.
homeless and cold . I guess you all rich people never had to go and experience the fun of that a month in county jail is better than a month on the street in winter at least you get a cot and are warm and fed three times a day yeah it sucks but it's still better than being on the street in winter
