This video should be titled "How a douchebag interacts with police officers."
In other words, it costs nothing to be nice. How a boss handless checkpoint. Don’t you understand they are trying get drunks off of the road before they kill someone or don’t you get it yet??
Sobriety checkpoints are conducted from 10 PM- 3 AM. If you're out that late, you're probably up to no good. ✔️
Why does she need to know where he’s coming from? Check his license and keep it moving
Ive never seen a cop ask for a DL & just look at it. They always run it to check if its clear or not. Something about this video is off.
A drivers license indicates where the driver lives: dumb question when she asks where he lives at. Also, it’s none of her business where he’s coming from. Just another fishing expedition cops use to incriminate
What did he gain from this? Just answer a few questions.
Limitations: Police cannot use these checkpoints as a general pretext for illegal searches, and in some jurisdictions, they cannot detain you solely to identify you without reasonable suspicion of a crime.
Suprised he didn’t answer he lives where his license says he lives😆
Where do you live…. As she has in DL in her had. Hahahaha
smooth solid and Dirrect. and How might they truly know if its a DUI and Not Ovet Tired or medical conditions. because State owned Handlers are Groomed to believe all are guilty DUI🌸First.
This is Not a good Boss. He is just teaching/showing how to be Disrespectful and Non-Compliance of our Laws of the Land and Olive Authority 😲!!!
I’m not mad at him being “dry” cuz he definitely has the right too, but at the same time u definitely can’t be mad that the cops are doing this cuz like it’s there job to keep our streets safe lol and yes that includes people who decide to dunk drive
Why do people have to be a jerk with the police, I'd roll down the window and have a long conversation with her
Those checkpoints should be illegal, sure seems like entrapment to me.
she should have given him a reason to detained him . that would be probable cause. I and others on the road have the right to be safe from dangerous drivers. Who r u where r u g oing where did u come from r relevant

Why be rude?
No reason to be an ass. First of all the officer was doing her job and only trying to verify the information she was given. Second, he will probably be the first one to scream and throw a fit if he needed assistance and thought that he would get fast enough because they were dealing with people like him. Third if Someone got through that checkpoint and hit someone that he cared about he would want to know why the police were supposedly not doing their job. Grow up people.
withholding information, prepare the field tests and the cuffs.
like a boss
She was nice and he was an ASS !!
The guy has an attitude issue. He is acting like a punk.
I back the blue but I don't believe that it is any of their business where you have been or where you are going.
Geeez, give her a break! What a crappy job. Women cops get 4X the hassles as male cops do.
She was probably trying to see if he was intoxicated. SINCE IT WAS A DUI CHECKPOINT!!!
What if he asked where she lives at???
People like this make me sick the very person they disrespect is the first one they call when they get in trouble
Wow he is just so cool. I was hit head on by a drunk driver. I appreciate everything cops do to keep our streets safe.
Treat everyone nice! We are all in this together and being rude makes life harder for someone else.
she should never ask him where he lives at none of her business
Being disrespectful to police officers is just inappropriate. Why?
I been dodging cops my whole life , but at times when I'm all legit and sober if asked for my ID I would gladly hand it over because this is my time to shine for all of the hard work I've put into my sobriety .
He could still be pleasant while refusing to provide answers. She’s only doing her job.
o
He was not a boss. He was a child. He behaved like a jerk. She saw enough to determine he was not under the influence. She did not play the game he was looking for.
He’s a jerk!
Why some people thimk it cute to treat police with disdain and disrespect. I bet this "boss" would fire his employees if they trestef him the way he treated the police woman.
This teaches dumbasses how to react when getting pulled over then drug out of their car.
The police talk to the driver to see if they start slurring their words. Get drunk drivers off the roads
people are so rude these days.. wonder how they would feel if they were treated this way at their work
Why be rude? Law enforcement has a job to do to keep people safe. Know how many people are killed, disabled from DUIs? Good for you buddy. Guess you showed her🙄
Tough job, be kind. You may need them some day.
Why are people so uncooperative? Attitude Attitude.
proof to me he was probably at a bar or somewhere where he was drinking 🍸. If he's not guilty then he has nothing to hide.
I think he's a jerk. if you are doing nothing wrong then no worries.
I’m Tired of reading about drunk drivers killing people pretty much all the time! Now they are stepping it up to help prevent death. It’s a double edged sword when it comes to things like this but if I can say? I’m for this! I’ve known people that have died and some sent to prison cause they didn’t want to spend $40 or so on an Uber. She’s just doing her Job man!
I've been through a dui checkpoint where I had been drinking alcohol that night, I wasn't drunk but had been drinking. The officer had me go through the FST's, and I blew into the PAS, .05 BAC, they told me to have a nice evening and I drove home, 3 years later, I joined the State police.
Why can’t people just follow rules and do what they’re asked if we all follow the 10 Commandments the greatest rules ever made we wouldn’t have any problems
I, myself, am very grateful that these officers are out there taking drunk drivers off the road. When I was a kid, my dad was a severe alcoholic. He would drive his van around with us kids in the back just sitting or laying on the mattress in the back of the van. I can't tell you how many times we went flying in the air, being slammed down into the hard metal of the wall or the floor of the van. All because he was driving drunk. Oh, how I wish he had been stopped at a DUI checkpoint. I know of alteast 2 accidents where he totaled his vehicles because of driving drunk. 🤢
That's not how a BOSS handles that.
She did not ask for proof of insurance. They would probably ask you to exit the vehicle for giving them a hard time, claiming suspicion of DUI. Like he said his info is on his license and where he is going is his business. A little courtesy can go a long way.
lol. I’m certain this is the entire video of the relevant parts. Someone tell this ignorant post to get a real job
yeah if you're white.
FYI, a lawyer once told me that keeping your windows closed after you have jad a drink or two, it will build up in the cab of your car and once they are outside of your window and you crack your window to talk to them thats all they are going to smell.
what an ass
What law did he break to have to show?I d
You mean a constitutional protected law suit
What a rude man!
pretty slick
Such a lack of respect for our officers. No wonder kids behave like they do!
He is an ass of a citicenthen we want. The police to. Protect usss. Is. Like god we only call for him when we. Need him
he did right
Why glamorize or celebrate that behavior? She’s doing her job. Sober drivers should be nothing but thankful.
His white complexion kept him alive
AH
Mr. Douchenozzle thinks he is entitled to drive while under the influence of whatever drugs and alcohol he wishes to consume.
Being a boss means you don't have to show you melt when dealing w/symbols of authority. Check his rate of speech, volume & content. No disrespect. The cop showed no sign of feeling disrespected, what specifically was your problem w/the guy?
Seems the oop was doing on a fishing trip, she gave no indication he was driving in any way that is sign of being impaired, & her question abt where he lives proves it. Unless he recently moved, his address is on his license & he has every right to be on a public road whereever he was coming from. He wasn't rude, just asserted his position, which he was legally entitled to do.
