This is a good way of being pulled over and searched. If you don’t have anything to hide, be polite and answer the questions. There’s no such thing as Sovereign Citizen. I’ve seen enough videos of people claiming this BS and they (drivers) ALWAYS escalate the issue.

Yes , if you walking , you don't have to give at your driver's license or you , I d card. But this is a news flash for you.Next time you go get your license.Read that fine print at the bottom. It will let you know that if you don't sign everything you will not get no drive license.That's including if you drive in a car, you must present your driver license.If you are in a motor vehicle. I know it gonna be some of y'all back.Wood lawyers try to dispute what i'm saying. But next time you go get your license or you read everything that find print. The reason I figured this out and found out about it.I asked the lawyer and he told me next time I get my driver likes and renewed read the fine print. Because if you don't sign an initial all those lines , you would not get no driver license.

Although I don’t agree with his way of handling it, he did a pretty good job. He didn’t get combative and he didn’t argue. He just expressed his constitutional rights.

it simple as long you you comply with requirements of driving a vehicle, give officers base info, you don't answer questions after police can't do much, unless you have clear sign of drunk behavior or evidence drink in your car
I was in Georgia driving through a civil war battlefield. A deputy sheriff pulled me over and arrested me because I had a roach in my ashtray. There was no state trooper or park warden called. In court I told the judge that I was arrested on federal property not county. They looked up everything while I stood there. Then the judge turned around and said. A county deputy cannot arrest anyone on federal land without a federal official being notified. IE the park ranger they didn't call. He released me and dropped all charges. I knew all of this and kept my mouth shut.
The more information you voluntarily give the more bs they can make up to hold you for something else. Don't talk to them and only give the information required by law, and by the state laws not the cops made up laws.

If these stops save lives by arresting drunk drivers then it’s worth it.
How is he the boss? If he is not drunk then just answer the questions and be on your way. If he is then get him off the road so he doesn't ruin his life or someone else's.
