yeah thats how that works. you create an oral fixation. I already had one before I got addicted to anything. I just made it worse.

Pulls the inner focuses up enough to not think about any of the physical woes, cravings, bitchinesses... Amino energy powders help fuel muscles with shit our muscles need and help staff off depression, (low energy ..) too. I wondered why I didn't go into a physical/mental depression when I quit smoking cigarettes in 2022 for almost a year, thru two bad assaults and hit by a car a second time, on purpose, every reason under the sun to be depressed and always went thru it, on every quit, dropping 15 lbs every single time I ever quit, opposite of most people I ever knew that quit. Base/Softball players often chewed gum to get that focus in spite of other circumstances...It works and is cheap and pull plaque off our teeth( along with things like eating apples, throughout a day, when we can't brush...) A few heavier beer drinkers I met & lived near in an apartment complex when recovering from the first hit by a car, tried things like taking magnesium at night , before bed, drank much less
