When I first started " UBERING" I didn't pay attention to the distance of the ride ( but I do now). I took a ride request that said 44 dollars so I was like " hell yeah" but when I pick the person up and started the Uber, it said the destination was two hours away from where me and the rider was at. I took her where she needed to go but I told myself never again.

I used Uber a few times when I couldn’t drive, I had a couple drivers give me their business card and said just call a day in advance and he’d take care of me.

generally a business needs to make more then there employees to survive but with Uber it's the drivers car,time,gas ,risk n not same taxes for Uber etc classified as I.C. so situation is much different.. I think 75% driver /25% Uber be more reasonable especially on longer trips

Uber really does rob it's drivers. They're taking advantage of so many people needing a job. Ubers only concern is their share holders and paying that CEO who is another story. Thats why when people start complaining about tipping drivers, I advise them to take a bus, call a cab or hire a private car. Because the bottom line is you're in Uber because its cheap. And those using business credit cards are stealing the drivers tips by not tipping the drivers and reporting they paid cash on their expense account. Especially people in Atlanta! You're no better than those you talk about. Years ago I drove Uber and I probably blocked more bougie people than those I drove. 😆

I was also shocked. a ride to the airport, $32. I asked the driver the same question, he was getting $11 and showed me where it said that on his app. Those companies very quickly turned into abusive slave drivers
