Whew! I got exhausted just watching him move all of that stuff! The best I could do is remove all electronics and change the WiFi password! I love his energy but who’s putting all that back! That would have to be apart of the punishment! Put your own stuff back!
I skipped 3 or 4 classes after my mom whooped me so then I did it one more and my mom did this to my room and I had to do chores to earn fake money to pay for everything food after I already ate was 3 dollars and sweets was 1 dollar and she filled up a small bottle with shampoo and one with conditioner and one with body was after I ran out the first time threshold was 2 dollars each and tp was 2 dollars lol she made the money cause it was fake but it was kinda like jail got a hour in the yard no visitors tho and no tv and I got to go get books to read ate in there and all
I did this to my son(he’s now 38). Took everythang, ‘cept his breath, away. Until, I got his next report card. It worked.
My daughter slammed her bedroom door once. My guy friend took it off the hinges for a couple weeks. She never threw another tantrum.
I done this to my son he was not getting good grades talking back being rude to his teacher so I took everything out of his room left his mattress on the floor and for the next 2 months I'm the one that picked out his clothes I also walked him to the bus stop got on the bus with him and I went to every single class with him and I also spent lunch with him
I wanted to see her reaction dad.
I know we did a couple of things wrong as kids ,teenagers ( never stealing) but I'd rather our kids NOT take the wrong path, in the meantime, good job Dad

Looks as if there are a few true parents out there. Congratulations on raising your children and not being their friends.
this is the way parenting should look like and has worked. when folks got away from this style of parenting because it was considered "too harsh" thats when youth started overrunning things; more issues, crimes, etc. things just started going downhill for them because the adults eased up for fear of abusing them

Sometimes tough love is best when kind love is too soft. I also had to remove the toys from my son’s room and later (he was about 16) I removed the door when he kept slamming it. He stopped. Gotta do what we gotta do. A big thumbs up! 👍🏼

so I'm mom I pay the bills been married for 20 years does that mean my husband has to do everything I say Noah kids do not need a mother and a father but it definitely helps and benefits them but there are orphans who have grown up just fine and there is a difference between abuse and discipline almost all kids cut their hair there's a difference between having a father and a drill sergeant I by no means think we need to be the kid's friends but I do not think we need to torment our children either I have a 17 18 and a 2 year old and my older ones have always been very well behaved and very loving to their siblings and the second one is about to finish high school right now
