yeah, it's funny watching this, but at the same time irritating... I've been in the food business for over 40 yrs... I don't close anymore but... back in the day, this happened ((all the time))!! and I was that guy back there having the meltdown!? nothing, and I mean nothing used to piss me off more than not getting an order for an hour, and the entire kitchen is cleaned, then at literally 2 minutes before close, some idiot walks in like this, and orders a boat load of food!? Well, just like back then, I'd do the same today... If you have all day to order, and wait until we're just about closed to order!? I'm sorry but... I'd enforce the "15 min" rule... if they close at 10:00pm, you have until 9:45 to order... at 9:46, I'm telling you to go somewhere else, because it's too late, and we're just about out of here
