How鈥檚 this the easiest way, I think using a leak down tester is much easier then pulling the head off a testing it that way.
I prefer a Leakdown tester. It'll tell if the rings leak too. Don't need to waste time on a blown up engine.
that's great now but if I've had to tear a motor down that far I'm just going to throw it away

you can test egr valves same way
um we can see the rust visually and tell the 3rd valve is sealed without the extra but ok
