Who has carts like that? That's cool. There would be less toddlers running around the store banging into people and stuff.
I used to take my twin grandsons to Costco, properly secured on their 2 kid wide carriages. I still had friends there from when I worked there and they loved eating the samples, they're 12 now.

CostCo carts are the only ones you can do this with. Other shopping carts, you push them together and tge front rises up making the seat collapse so mom would still only have two seats.

Ain’t no way she is going to be able to hold all those little ones from climbing and or falling off of that cart for more than 30secs more and trying to keep the 3 little ones safe with no restraints impossible and for the older girl, she could be a help or she could be climbing out while mom is trying to get something off the shelf or out of the freezer and then mom would have to chase after her with the 3 babies who are free moving and probably climbing because they are bored and or curious about everything, so she would be trying to get them all seated & settled so she could push that cart with all 3 probably trying to get up & she can’t leave the cart & run after the older one. Nope this is just a video to show off her babies & it’s just a quick shot & then I guess she best be at the car or the other person or two who are there to help her handle 4 kids that want to get away from her & do their own thing because this is definitely NOT a real shopping trip of her alone w/4 kids!
