After watching the whole video. mom was under the influence of drugs. The little girl told them everything she needed to about how mom treated her & doing drugs, CPS had already been investigating, they had been to the girls school and home. The little girl was taken to an Aunt's. mom was arrested for child endangerment, but got 2 more charges for sitting down on the ground instead of getting in the cruiser, trying to grab the genitals of the police officer, spitting on police, resisting arrest. Thank God that little girl had the knowledge and courage to reach out for help. 💕
