This is Darwin at his finest. Parents allow their child to go down a road that has another busy street crossing it. They are lucky this baby wasn't killed. They better be thankful to God that he survived, that was Devine intervention, or just stupid luck, dont expect it again. Its almost like they didn't understand what could have happened. Good god I can't be the only pissed off parent, at how close this baby came to loosing his life.

Who would let their kid go down a hill like that especially when he’s just learning to ride a bike, the worse part is you let him go into a street when a car could have been coming I wouldn’t vote for you to be parents of the year award. You should have been charged with child endangerment, your lucky he’s not seriously hurt or dead.

I’m assuming the parent(s) are filming this… If that is a road open to traffic, they should be backhanded repeatedly, and put in jail. In those wet conditions, that kid - who’s already losing control, could literally go face first into that curb and literally snap his neck.

I may have done this growing up, but I never let my kids try anything like this. Now as a grandmother, I would bubble wrap my grandkids if we were to even walk this. Fear comes with age, younger parents are more adventurous. Maybe this brings on more independence in child, but would be wiped out if my grandkid did this..
