The bottle was full and looked cold! You can see the plastic is slightly greasy from the condensation. He probably took a sip and put it down because he was going to take his shirt off. Clearly he isn't feeling well. But let's pay attention to the plastic bottle that's a "drop in the ocean" pun intended!

I have two people in my immediate family who get very sea sick on boats .. especially boats not gliding thru the water and are just bobbing in the water. This is what it looks like to me .
