30000 a month I know because I do it
hell I work at valvoline and make 2600 hundred a month ain't no way I would do that for 3000 dollars
And people out here making millions playing weak sports..... these dudes deserve all the money this is insane
And you see a helicopter with six or eight soldiers hanging under it fully equipped, leaving a battlefield and they make nothing compared to this man make it makes sense
smoked it in the 80s
A lot
hiw about we pay the soldiers of our questionably deserving country the wages of the senators and Congress men and women and in turn have the politicians of the United States of America work for the federal minimum wage how about that? it sounds more than fair to me hell i cant for the life of me understand why the people who are in care of our countrys government aren't getting paid the same wage they say we need to get paid
That’s more than a lineman. I was a lineman for Verizon for 28 years. Replacing telephone poles hanging cable. Took the isp last year. Started to affect me mentally and physically. Started to get afraid of heights and the danger part of job. Made good money. Between 110000 to 180000. That’s with some overtime. Had pension 401k good medical. Even though over the years. Holy shit use to pay zero. Never paid attn to that shit until retired. Pay 12500 a year for me and wife. Only 57 years got to wait for Medicare and 62 years of age to really take advantage of
they're actually not paid as much as people thing. I'm an inside wireman for cle and we make more then an Ariel lineman
He looks absolutely badass and sexy getting up there!!!! Love me a hard working man!
I made it my pinnacle by age 50, $90,000/month. I've managed to keep that pretty steady for the last 15 years, some years more labor, less material costs but pretty consistent. Earned a little over $43 million gross income in 38 years. So, don't go thinking I'm super rich. I have reinvested and provided training for my 3 man staff. I rely on safety investments to keep the jobs rolling. But, payroll is maximum $140,000/year, materials about $100,000-$150,000. Insurance around $18,000. Tax deductible expenses phones, power, fuel, etc. $25,000. There's money to be made if you have a technical, or trade skill but both and inventiveness, innovation and marketing can really connect the dots. Especially if it's centered on INTEGRITY! And I don't have to worry about hanging on to the Helicopter! Just imagine how much the company he works for makes for his time!?
I sell coke and make about 130k a month and the stress is killing me. but i don't have 401k 😂😂😂😂😂. I need a line man....😅😅😅.
not enough
Thousand dollars a day
when you love what you do for a living,, payment in full🥰.. but I'm going to say 1,200 hundred an hour, but I'm sure I'm not even close to what he makes.. bless you sir🥰
Whatever he gets paid...it isn't enough! I won't even do ladders anymore...been dumped several times over then years.
respect to these men I live In California I see these guys doing this in 32-40 degree weather on my way to work up the mountain in camp Nelson in Tulare county.big time respect, anybody can say they'll do it ,but the day your hanging on that line then you can speak on it.😅
I don't care what he gets for a hourly wage it isn't enough!
what ever it is it's not enough
not enough
200 ph
less than they'd have to pay me, I know that!
😳
RESPECT
What ever he makes isn’t enough
not enough...worth every penny
45 & hour.
Not really an hourly position. It boils down to how much experience and seniority (time at that employer. But they definitely make great income. But never forget the danger and training they must go through. Thanks to all the linemen in our country, they keep the lights on for ya.
I'm glad somebody does it cuz I won't. won't final destination me
Helicopter linemen earn high salaries due to the extreme danger and skill, with experienced journeymen often grossing $90,000 to over $120,000 annually, and potentially much more with overtime, travel, and hazard pay, working on high-voltage lines from a helicopter. While average salaries vary, top earners can exceed $100k, with some reports indicating potential earnings of $200k+ for those willing to travel extensively, with hazard pay for working at extreme heights
My guess is no where near to what he should!!!
I read a lot of the comments money really ain’t no problem. Yeah everybody loves it. You don’t even me, but just want to say God bless that man and his family and all the lineman out there because I have a couple family members of our lineman for keeping the power going brother And happy new year to all🇺🇸💯💪
I make 24,000 a month as a journeyman electrician ibew 357 working in reno but b that's working 7 12's and I'm not flying from a helicopter
A high-power electric lineman hanging from a helicopter typically makes between $55 and $62+ per hour, with some sources indicating higher earnings for top earners or specific regions. The exact hourly rate depends on factors like experience, location, and the specific company or contractor. Helicopter work can also come with additional pay for certain tasks, like working at significant heights.
I was about to say hell no would I do that, but for $30,000 a month I just changed my mind. Im a truck driver and the fleet supervisor and Im a top earner but on workers comp for a broken back. I won't be able to bounce around over the dirt haul roads delivering to the Nevada gold mines anymore so was trying to think of a new career to go to school for. I think you guys that are linemen just gave me a good idea to research for vocational rehab training. So thank you.😅😅😂😂😂
there are sooooo many people who are underpaid in this society we live in and soooo many who make money they should never have seen..... good old capitolism in action!?
average monthly salary for a top earner of an aerial lineman make 5k + a month show me check stubs so I can validate you claim of 30 k a month please
I'm going to say 20to30 Grand a month and that's just an educated guess from someone that knows how to bid and make big money in every sort of way that is possible to learn with common sense and hunger and hell no cause has nothing to do with anything when it comes to money on behalf of me and anybody else knows how to make money wasting your best and most potential years gaining debt on your ass in a desk so you can make someone else money all for the reinsurance you can say you're not a bomb and you have a job even though it only pays in just enough you don't blow your brains out and just enough you're comfortable not to try anymore
but how long can you do it. had a friend do it for about 5 yrs had nice home a couple of new car and truck then one day he froze the had to send somebody up the tower to get him. they say once you freeze you can never go back up. had to sale everything because he couldn't find a job making no where close to what he was making.
When I was younger I wasn’t afraid of heights and worked on some of the tallest buildings in Cincinnati. After 12 1/2 yrs in prison on flat ground all the time. I got out and figured go back to rooftops. The first roof I went on my legs locked up and I couldn’t move. So I never went on another roof again 💯
would love to do this im a groundhand rn learning to be a lineman but with my weight being 150 lbs and in great shape and I love heights so im gonna work my way up....
so I'm a lineman and I work for DWP which is Department of Water and Power hearing downtown Los Angeles I do manholes in downtown because we don't have above ground power lines and what this guy is doing he's doing distribution which is very high voltage lines that are on the towers you see these on mountains and Hills those long long power lines going across yeah he gets on those with the ladder this is a different category of lineman work you have lime in that also work in substations on platforms the me I go in manholes and work on J boxes and also install insulators and work on capacitors very dangerous work especially when you're in a manhole and I make $67 an hour plus pension plus per diem just to drive to work
I love twirly birds…. I flew our unit helicopter up and down 285/75…so much fun…and I must add I had a cool CPT!
not enough I drive and make more than them in a year. just because it looks hard doesn't mean it pays well.
I hope he's around a quarter of a mill a year just because of the danger involved and that line of work
I think if he is going to be flying around like that. Then he ought to be wearing a Superman cape.
I used to do towers i would love to do it again
like 10 thousand a week basically
oh hell yeah that would be fun
I will no problem
is this why my electric bill is so high?
I work for Detroit Edison on natural gas side plus lineman. I was paid very well and he’s probably making $80 an hour.
hell I'd do it for 15 g a month halve price and a job well done. tell your boss what I said
at least minamum wage..no overtime, you can bet that.no medical,no 401k,and definatly no retirement
um.not enough
45000/mo.
I would have to say around $35,000
dude is a savage
