Try to get down to the Tri Cities area, the weather is much more mild and manageable, especially during the winter. Also, we do have programs to help the unhoused and their animals.

don't know if you have an income. but I would check out my RV lot and see if they would help you purchase a mini winnie. something affordable. and that way you can Cruise and not be in a tent. travel. have a payment plan. no credit is better than bad credit they say these days.

apply for housing. it may take a while. let's see if you can use somebody's address without entity. apply in different counties. it will come through eventually. I'm so sorry you don't have any family that can help you out. I am not in that part of the state. but tap into all resources. as well as look for a mini winnie motorhome. do you have medical? some medical programs actually pay for an uber. it will take you to your doctor's appointments and the grocery store and the pharmacy. and if it's near a RV lot then I take advantage of that. I don't let the ride pick me up until I call them. so therefore I do on my shopping around and I called them when I'm ready to go home. make sure you're tapping into all of your resources through Medicare and your secondary. you should be able to qualify for extra help if your Social Security is low enough. public assistance. apply for everything that you can. leave no Rock unturned. they may give you a voucher for clothing and such if you ask.
