this video is fake as hell. his hands weren't cuffed while he was in the back of a cop car after being arrested and then suddenly when he's being dragged out they're cuffed behind his back
I mean The cop is stupid for not checking him.
Why the hell did the cop put a suspect in the back of his car without a full frisk with him in handcuffs. To that point, why was this dude in the back of a police car and NOT in handcuffs. That cop is WAY luckier than he knows.

It's a dumb move. you're correct, on that part. But Idk, If you noticed what I seen Or not? bc officers are always taught to check and recheck them before they put me in the back of the cruiser. It's very dumb of the officer before he puts him in the backseat to check and recheck and handcuff from behind. because if they have a weapon they will be back behind you and they can shoot you in the back of the head. Very easily. I do think the officer for his time and taken care of to protect and serve They are taught in school that any subject you arrest has to be handcuffed, & handcuffed from behind their back.
