How many homes have been rebuilt in California? Just a couple. $100 million raised promises by the local government to fast track permit and we’ve built just a handful of the thousands of homes that were destroyed. I distinctly remember Trump flying to town right after the fires and telling them that this was gonna happen and even requested that they get all the agencies together in a room where people could walk around and get their permitting approved quickly. Me and governor agreed and then they never did. It and people are still waiting and fighting through permanent process simply rebuild the homes they lost.

Being a politician is the only job I know of that you can lie everyday to people, blame someone else for the problems that you promised to fix, collect a big paycheck, with great benefits and perks, hold no accountability for poor job performance and still keep your job. Then they have the audacity to expect your vote for another term in public office to do exactly the same thing over again. Unfortunately, that's exactly what happens.
