Good fences make good neighbors is true.
It's a shame that we have to fence off our property because others don't respect boundaries... Sorta like the fence that has to be erected on the southern border. Other countries have no respect for our property.....or our laws
I’ve been dealing with bad neighbors for over 25 years crossing onto my property is taking me to court over an easement that they never had just because they lived there before me. They never had an easement onto my side. They cleaned me out of my life savings taking me to court, I would love to put up a fence but they fight me on that as well saying I would be blocking their easement hopefully one day I could just sell and then they’ll get their karma
I live at a dead-end. There are signs that state so. But instead of turning around by the sign, where there is a cross road, everyone uses my front yard as the place to do it. I have a huge yard. I decided to plant some flowers at the edge of my yard so they would stop pulling in. They just run over them to do a Y-turn knocking over my edging! Unbelievable! Putting up a fence would ruin the aesthetics. I've used signs to no avail. I'm at my wits end. What's wrong with people?
There was no reasfor thst neighbor to mess with this family. They have 5 acres of land but wanted to park on this guy's land. I wouldn't of been so nice
