I whipped a HOA BOARD MEMBER’S azz right on my cement driveway this summer! He began to tell me the color of the cement wasn’t approved by the HOA. I ignored him, UNTIL, he got up in my face and told me I needed to change it before the end of the year. When I told him to back off, he said I didn’t know who I was dealing with, and he got within 2 inches of my body!! Game on!!! Down he went with one good punch! That was the end of this. Haven’t heard a thing from them!!

I must be a bit naive, what's a HOA?
I hate ours. There’s no enforcement of the lake access or pool access. The entire city knows that HOA can’t enforce private property laws, such as trespassing. We literally have 500 people at our pool from the surrounding city. They come and throw parties. Nasty ass people tear it up and we have to pay. The fisherman come to the lake and fish out all of our fish. I can no longer take my son to go fishing at the lake because it has been fished out by the locals The police will not assist in that matter.
